We have over 30 years of Law Enforcement experience in protecting and managing industrial resources in the West. From remote mining, drilling, and gas exploration sites to golf courses and housing developments we have been on the job. Labor issues, shutdowns, public protests, workplace violence, wildfires, casualty incidents, floods and environmental inspired vandalism - we have seen and managed them all.

GUARD AND PATROL SERVICES
Security must be ever vigilant in certain settings where the public, employees, property or equipment are in danger. Masters Company provides experienced and trained static and mobile guard services. We can patrol remote sites using the highest level of night vision/thermal image devices. We also status check all employees, property and industrial instruments. Complete patrol check, guard status and monitoring reports are relayed to our client’s management everyday.
SAFETY HOT LINE
Upon request our program includes a client specific security hot line where the public and employees can anonymously call and report safety, security and environmental protection concerns. This works as an alert tool for management that a procedure or employee correction might be required. The hotline also allows for communication regarding concerns that may not have another venue for expression.
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
Masters Company employs paramedics or emergency medical technicians if our clients require medical services in remote locations. All of our patrol vehicles are equipped with AEDs, oxygen and first responder equipment.
ASSESSMENT
Through investigation and consultation with trained risk assessment management many security issues can be resolved with slight alterations in procedures before they become serious problems. Masters Company provides professionals in risk assessment to carefully analyze threats before irrevocable or possibly inappropriate action is taken.
