The old term of "Security Guard" does not fit the services provided by Official Investigations & Security Services, Inc. All of the officers employed by Official Investigations & Security Services, Inc. have undergone state and FBI background checks. In addition, a thorough background investigation had been done with their prior employers, family members, and references.

In addition, armed officers have completed the mandatory Ohio Peace Officers' Training Council (OPOTA) firearms certification and are required to re-qualify annually. All armed officers are only permitted to carry semi-automatic firearms. They are licensed in the states of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.

Our officers have a minimum of First Aid, CPR, and AED training. However, many of our employees are state certified or nationally registered First Responders, EMT's, and Paramedics.

All command staff have current or prior law enforcement, military or military police, or extensive security employment history.

We specialize in Commercial, Special Events, Concerts, Family Reunions, and Executive Protection.

In addition, residential and commercial alarm response is available.
