Mr. Halscheid is also a former New Jersey State Police NCIC/CJIS Terminal Agency Coordinator. Mr. Halscheid holds many certifications & degrees and has successfully completed numerous investigative schools. He graduated with honors from Rowan University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Information Systems; he also holds a degree in Law & Justice.
